A responsible party (person) was named on the original StarPay application, but if that individual is no longer a leader with your organization (legal entity,) it may be appropriate to transfer that role to a new person. To designate a new responsible party, that person should complete this form and submit that to [email protected].

Tip: If you are changing your Responsible Party on your StarPay Account, , it may also be appropriate to update the Primary Account Contact on your chapter's StarChapter account. Learn more about that process here.
