    Schedule a Future Email

    1.  Go to Communications > Send an Email.
    2.  Click New Email and select One-Time Email from the drop down list.



    3.  Choose a Mailing Type.
    4.  Choose the related template and any other options related to the Mailing Type.
    5.  Click Next.



    6. Review the Subject line, Reply To Email, and email content. Make any necessary changes either in the content of the email or the related area within the system.
    7. Click Next twice to reach the Recipients screen.
    8.  Select recipients.
    9.  Click Next.



    10.  Review all sections of the email.
    11.  Click Schedule Email.



    12. Select the date and time that your mailing will be sent.
    13.  Click Schedule.
