Payments and Adjustments
Review and manage payments, including complimentary orders and payment adjustments. This section of the system focuses specifically on payments to make reconciliation easier. Payment reports, including information from third-party payment gateways, are also available.
StarChapter Pay Portal
This area is only available within StarChapter systems using StarChapter Pay as their payment gateway. All other gateways will require that you login to their system separately from your Starchapter system. The StarChapter Pay Portal provides more granular access to financial statements and financial processes. This link will take you out of your StarChapter system and to your payment gateway portal.
