Change the Primary Account Contact
The Primary Account Contact is the person responsible for managing the billing relationship between StarChapter and your organization. Any Full Admin can view the Customer Account Area and confirm that the Primary Account Contact is valid.
If the Primary Account Contact leaves the organization, have them designate someone new to take over this responsibility. Maintaining a contact in this role reduces friction for the organization and makes it easy to manage the essential information above. If the Primary Account Contact is still with the organiation, but no longer fulfilling this role, have them access the Customer Account Area. Once logged in, they can enter their replacement's information.
