Sign up for StarPay to give your members a better way to pay while making it easier for the board to manage. Your organization will get access to highly requested features like refund processing, simplified payments reconciliation, enhanced reporting, single source support, pricing you can understand, and more.
Click the StarPay button below the main Admin Area navigation menu.
Click the Sign Up button. You will be routed away from your StarChapter system and to the StarPay application page.
Before beginning the application, please review the items listed on the left side of the page. These items are necessary to process your application and failure to include them will delay the underwriting process. When that information is on hand, complete the first few questions and click Start the Application.
Tip: If the application is not completed in one session, link will be sent to the email address entered in the first question of the application. Click this link to continue with the application at any point.
Tips to Expedite Your Application Process
To expedite the application process, have the following information available when starting the application:
Legal Business Name and Legal Business Address (PO Box Addresses not accepted)
Customer Service phone number and email address
Tax Identification Number (EIN) or SSN (for Sole Proprietors)
Website URL or Electronic Links/Uploads for Marketing Materials
Responsible Party's Information - Name, Home Address, SSN, DOB (The Responsible Party is an individual with significant responsibility to control, manage or direct the organization. This role can be reassigned as needed.)
Business Banking Information (Name on Account, Full Routing number, and Bank Account Number)
Image of a Voided Check or Bank Letter for the business bank account (Note: starter checks are not accepted)
Upon submission, all StarPay applications are reviewed by our underwriters at Fullsteam. Fullsteam is the parent company and backend payment processor behind StarPay. If there are any further questions, they will reach out directly. Otherwise, final approval will be shared by the StarChapter’s Support Team through our ticketing system.
