The StarChapter software integrates with StarPay to process credit and debit card transactions with the end result of funds being deposited into your organization’s bank account. While the transaction is logged within the StarChapter Order tools and StarPay in real time, the actual processing and transfer of the funds through the card network from the purchaser’s account to your bank account does take some time. Transactions are batched on a daily basis and that cumulative total, minus transactions and card network fees, is transferred to your bank account. Transactions are batched based on the time of day that the transaction occurs as detailed below.
The organization (“Merchant”) will see deposits labeled as "Fullsteam SV9" on their bank account statements. Fullsteam Operations LLC is the parent company and backend payment processor behind StarPay. Deposits are net amounts. In other words, transaction and card network fees are taken out before the deposit is made.
