Manage orders in StarChapter’s Orders & Invoices tool. Send invoices, enter payments, pull financial reports, and adjust balances.
Order Reports
This area is only available within StarChapter systems using StarPay as their payment gateway. Common financial reports are available in this area and allow you to pull everything you need for account reconciliation without leaving your StarChapter system.
Payments and Adjustments
Review and manage payments, including complimentary orders and payment adjustments. This section of the system focuses specifically on payments to make reconciliation easier. Payment reports, including information from third-party payment gateways, are also available.
StarPay Portal
This area is only available within StarChapter systems using StarPay as their payment gateway. All other gateways will require that you login to their system separately from your StarChapter system. The StarPay Portal provides more granular access to financial statements and financial processes. This link will take you out of your StarChapter system and to your payment gateway portal.
