    StarPay Error Response Codes

There are various reasons for a payment failure or error. These can be caused by passing incorrect/invalid information, processor/networking problems, as well as the issues with the purchaser’s own card or account. When a payment fails, an error code is logged and troubleshooting typically begins by reviewing this code and taking the appropriate next steps. Below is a reference of all error response codes that you may see within StarPay. These codes may not be the same as those used by other payment gateways, so if you are not a StarPay customer, check with your payment gateway for a similar reference.
