Sign Up for Domain Administration with StarChapter
While some organizations choose to administer their domains themselves, StarChapter offers domain administration services to help chapters consolidate their services. Many StarChapter customers are volunteer board members and one thing that is commonly forgotten when board positions change is the transfer of knowledge and login information about the organization’s domain. When the domain fails to renew the associated website will go down and your domain may be lost for good. Our Domain Administration Services assures this doesn’t occur.
This service is for StarChapter to manage your organization’s domain under our registrar’s account to administer DNS settings, WHOIS information, renewals, and handle ICANN verification audits. This service is $24.95 for the initial transfer and $24.95 for the annual renewal per domain.

Here are the steps to complete the process:
- Login to the StarChapter admin area.
- Click your admin username on the top navigation bar and select Customer Account Area.

- In the Purchase Additional Services box, open the Domain Administration option.
- Click Add Domain.

Complete the entire process. The final page displays a congratulations message. StarChapter's Support Team will receive a notification and work with you to do the actual domain transfer.
