Organizations have a single Primary Account Contact with StarChapter. This person controls the billing relationship with StarChapter. While updating records, review this information to ensure that this contact is still appropriate for the organization. All Full Admins will have access to the Customer Account Area to review this information.
Access the Customer Account Area in the top menu of the StarChapter admin area.
Change the Primary Account Contact
The Primary Account Contact is the person responsible for managing the billing relationship between StarChapter and your organization. Any Full Admin can view the Customer Account Area and confirm that the Primary Account Contact is valid.
Click Edit in the Primary Account Contact box and edit the Name field.
Download a W9 Form
The new year begins tax season. StarChater's W9 information is available in the Customer Account Portal. Click StarChapter W-9 in the Downloads section of the Customer Account Area.
