The primary domain is where your StarChapter service is accessed by your website visitors. In addition, you may have additional domains that you want to point to your website. A common use is to have a .org domain as well as a .com domain.
How StarChapter Supports Additional (Secondary) Domains
StarChapter supports domain forwarding. If you manage your own domains, forwarding is something that you can set up through your account with your registrar.
If StarChapter manages your secondary domain through our Domain Administration Service, we can setup domain forwarding for you.
What To Do If You Manage Your Own Domains
Your primary domain should have the DNS pointed to StarChapter's name servers at: ns1.starchapterhost.com ns2.starchapterhost.com.
Your secondary domain(s) should not have their DNS pointed to StarChapter's name servers. Instead, forward the secondary domain to your primary domain address. For example, if your primary domain ends in .org, you should set the .com domain to forward to the .org address.
StarChapter does not support using domain masking.
