Whether minutes, photos, or a speaker's slideshow, materials can be linked to the meeting page for easy distribution and organization. All document and image links will appear on the meeting page on /meetinginfo.php.
Upload Meeting Documents
Go to Meetings > Meeting Manager.
Locate the meeting of interest and click Files.
Select Documents.
Click Add a Document
Add a Title (this text will display as the document link).
Click Choose File and select the file from your local network.
Click Restrict Viewing, if this document should be restricted to members or a member group.
Click Add.
Click Save.
Upload Meeting Photo Gallery
Go to Meetings > Meeting Manager.
Locate the meeting of interest and click Files.
Select Photo Gallery.
Click Next.
Click Add Images.
Drag files into the Upload box or click Add Files and select them from your local network.
