Three (3) Avery templates are available for meeting templates. These badges pull basic information from non-member registrations and any fields from member profiles. Typically, these templates include the chapter logo, but that image can be swapped for any other preferred image.
Go to Meetings > Settings > Categories and Templates > Badge Templates
Click Edit next to the appropriate Template
Update the Fields, formatting, and/or logo image, as desired
Click Save
Print Badges
Go to Meetings > Meeting Manager
Click Badges next to the appropriate Meeting
Select the correct Template from the drop-down menu
Use the Select buttons to check the registrants that should be included in badge generation
Click Create Badges
Print the resulting PDF from your local printer
Tip: Most printer drivers have a setting labeled "fit to page" or "scale to page." Ensure this setting is disabled when printing badges as it will override the template and cause misalignment on the badge page.
