When payment bypass is permitted, registrants may arrive at a meeting with payment. Entering a registrant's payment information into StarChapter is easy.
Tip: StarChapter recommends having a laptop or tablet on site to process registrations. If this is not possible, then follow the steps here to enter ticket payments.
Go to Meetings > Meeting Manager.
Click Registration on the appropriate meeting.
Search for the registrants name.
Confirm the Total Due.
Click Payment.
In the pop-up window, select the "Payment Method" and enter payment details.
Tip: Entering a credit card payment here does charge the credit card. If someome pays by credit card outside of StarChapter, then mark the order as unpaid. Then, go to Orders and Transactions > Order Manager and locate the order. Add an adjustment to the order, and apply a Credit for the amount paid.
