Coupons allow a meeting registrant to receive a dollar amount off their ticket.
Go to Meetings > Coupons and Vouchers > Coupons.
Click Add a Coupon.
Fill in the fields to start creating the coupon. The redemption code is what is entered during registration to apply the discount, and is case sensitive.
Tip: The Quanity is the total amount of coupons available, and the Redemption Limit Per User is how many times one user can use the coupon.
Click Next.
On the Groups screen, select who should be able to redeem the coupon.
Click Next.
On the Review and Create screen, review the fields and click Edit for a section to make changes.
Click Create.
Tip: Once your coupon is created, make sure you enable the "Allow voucher/coupon redemptions?" setting within the applicable meeting. Go to Meetings > Meeting Manager, and click on the meeting name to edit. You'll find this setting in the "Registration Details" section. Make sure this setting is set to "Yes" to allow registrants to enter the coupon code during the registration process.
