Distribute Post-Registration Information to Registrants
When meetings are held virtually using screenshares or webinars, call-in details for the meeting session must be distributed to registrants. This can be done automatically through the Registration Receipt and Meeting Registration Confirmation emails, which are sent automatically after registration.
On the Extras step of the meeting wizard, add the call-in details or other registrant information to the Messages section in the "Post-Registration Information" field. This information will not be publicly posted and will only be available to registrants through their receipt or confirmation emails.
Click Next or Save to apply the update to this meeting.
