Dues rates must be connected to a member application when the application is created and when new dues rates are available. Before dues can be linked to an application, they must be created in Membership > Dues Manager.
Go to Content > Page Manager > Form Builder.
Select the appropriate Member Application form.
Click Edit in the "Type" section of the form setup.
Select the appropriate dues rates in the "Dues rates to include" field. Also, remove the checkmarks from outdated rates.
