How To: Change the Primary Account Contact

Please keep the Primary Account Contact information of your StarChapter account current. Log in to the Customer Account Portal to make changes in the Primary Account Contact contact information.

Quote  Tip: The Customer Account Portal manages the billing relationship between StarChapter and your organization. This ensures that the organization's billing information is only available for one person to update. The Primary Account Contact can also update the account contact, view invoice/payment history, review terms and conditions and download important documents.

In case of a board transition, have the current Primary Account Contact designate the new person that will be taking over the responsibility of managing all the aspects of your StarChapter account.  

If you can no longer reach out to the person listed as the Primary Account Contact, then please complete and return this form.

The Account Contact can be found in the Dashboard view of the admin area.

This portal is the area in which you manage your StarChapter account for items such as maintaining the primary account contact's contact information, updating your payment method, purchasing additional services, viewing invoice/payment receipt history, downloading important documents, and viewing the T&Cs for using the service.
