How To: Change Member Billing Information

After a customer purchases an item, their billing information is stored within StarChapter under their member profile. To change this information, follow these steps:

  • Go to Membership > Settings > Member Field Editor. Stay on the Admin Editor tab.
  • Scroll down to Hidden Fields, and move the billing information to the Primary Contact Information fields.
  • Go back to Membership > Member Manager and locate the member's profile. You can go into the profile and change the billing information fields.
  • Make sure to go back to Membership > Settings > Member Field Editor and move the billing information fields back to Hidden Fields. This provides additional security for the member's billing information, especially if multiple people are logging into your admin area.
